Cheddar Cheese Muffins


Ingredients

Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2cups Martha White® Self-Rising Flour
1cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1teaspoon dry mustard
1/2teaspoon chili powder
1cup milk
1/4cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
1 large egg

 

Preparation Directions

1.HEAT oven to 425°F. Spray 12 muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray. Combine flour, cheese, mustard and chili powder in large bowl; mix well.
2.COMBINE milk, oil and egg in medium bowl; beat well. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be slightly lumpy). Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
3.BAKE 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
