Country Breakfast Cobbler


Ingredients

Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
FILLING
1tablespoon Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
1 large onion, chopped
4cups frozen hash-brown potatoes
3cups chopped cooked ham
1/3cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2cups (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
TOPPING
1 1/2cups Martha White® Self-Rising Flour
1 1/4cups milk
1/2cup butter, melted
1/2teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
5 large eggs

 

Preparation Directions

1.HEAT oven to 400°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add potatoes and ham; mix well. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
2.COMBINE all topping ingredients in medium bowl; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Pour batter over filling in baking dish.
3.BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
