1 cup butter
3/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups Martha White® All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick-cooking or old fashioned oats
1 cup chopped salted peanuts
1. Heat oven to 375° F. Grease a large baking sheet. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
2. Combine flour, soda and salt in bowl; blend well. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Stir in oats and peanuts.
3. Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls two inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. Bake at 375° F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
