Chocolate Chip Muffin Cookies


  • 2 packages Martha White® Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 375°F.
  2. COMBINE muffin mix, softened butter, egg and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir until evenly moistened. Stir in nuts. Drop by tablespoonful on baking sheet.
  3. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely.
