Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients

No-Stick Cooking Spray

1 (16.4 oz.) box Martha White Banana Nut Flavored Muffin Mix

1/2 cup Pure Vegetable Oil

3/4 cup milk

3/4 cup sour cream

2 large eggs

1 (16 oz.) container Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 13×9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Reserve nut package from muffin mix for topping. Combine muffin mix, oil, milk, sour cream and eggs in large bowl. Stir until blended. Spread evenly in prepared pan.

Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

CHOP reserved nuts to make smaller pieces. Spread frosting on cooled cake. Sprinkle nuts over top, pressing slightly into frosting.
