2 packages Martha White Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1 stick butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Cream together butter and ½ cup sugar. Add egg and combine well.
Fold in Martha White Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix and mix until absorbed.
Scoop and roll into a ball and cover in sugar with the remaining sugar.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until barely golden.
Let cool and drizzle with honey.
