No-Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 cup butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup Martha White Self-Rising Flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray bottom only of 8 or 9-inch square pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread batter in prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
