2 packages Martha White Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix
½ cup brown sugar, packed
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup white chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark, non-stick pan). Spray the bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and parchment paper.
Combine both packages of Martha White Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix, brown sugar, melted butter, and egg until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Top with remaining white chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until light golden brown, edges slightly browner, and center still slightly soft. Cool and cut into bars.
