2 packages of Martha White Birthday Cake Mix

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

¼ cup butter, softened

4 eggs

⅓ cup water

⅓ cup oil

1 cup sprinkles (optional)

1 tub of vanilla frosting⁠


Heat oven to 325°F. Coat 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray. Dust with flour.

Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer on high speed until fluffy. Add Martha White Birthday Mix packages, eggs, water, oil and vanilla. Beat on low speed until evenly moistened. Beat on medium speed 1 minute or until batter is smooth. If desired, fold in ½ cup of sprinkles. Spread evenly in prepared pan.

Bake 65 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.

Frost the bread with vanilla frosting. Top with remaining sprinkles.
