1 package Martha White Lemon Poppyseed Muffin Mix
1/2 cup milk
Powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray the Madeleine pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
Combine Martha White Lemon Poppyseed Muffin Mix and milk in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Scoop batter into the prepared pan until half full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
Let cool and top with powdered sugar if desired.
