2 large eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons Pure Vegetable Oil
1 ½ cups Martha White Self-Rising Flour
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
No-Stick Cooking Spray
Heat griddle or large skillet to medium-high heat (375°F).
Whisk eggs in medium bowl. Whisk in milk and butter. Add flour and sugar, whisking until large lumps disappear.
Coat griddle or skillet lightly with no-stick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot griddle. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles begin to break on surface. Turn and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
