Non-stick cooking spray
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 350ºF. Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Stir butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon until blended. Stir in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add muffin mixes. Stir until well blended. Spread evenly in the prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set in the center.
Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy your chocolate chocolate chip pecan bars!
